Looking for a residence or room

Hello, I’m a 28 year old Paramedic who was born and raised in San Mateo county. I’m looking for a residence or room that allows me to maintain a reasonable commute to work and remain close to my family. I work overnight 830pm-830am Wednesday nights-Sunday morning. Hobbies an interests of mine outside of my professional life include but are not limited to: working out, hiking, surfing, golfing, and reading non-fiction.
