Large room for rent on acre

الوصف

600+ SF room with private entrance through 4000 SF semi-private yard with patio that leads to private driveway. Private bathroom though it is not en-suite, just across laundry room. Very quiet room separated from other tenant (me) by central communal area. Room includes small fridge and microwave. Kitchen use available. Prefer professional applicants with similar lifestyles, and levels of respect and consideration. This is a quiet peaceful space. Pets considered on a case by case basis
