Two Cozy Fully Furnished Rooms

Two fully furnished rooms, each has its own closet and some dresser space, both will share a decent size hallway bathroom (pics to come). Of course you will also have access to the rest of the house, including the kitchen, backyard, garage & laundry. There is a driveway as well as ample free street parking. No one with extreme allergies to pets as I have two cats and two dogs, all are clean and well behaved. Will be expected to pass a background check (I will pay for it), meet for coffee first & if you have pets they will need to meet mine, then we can sign up a lease agreement. Month-to-month is an option, room will only be available for 6 months as of now. Price already includes: water, trash, electric, wifi, pest control, lawn care & access to my few streaming services in the living room. Will only be expected to clean up after yourself as I will keep the common areas clean from my pets (mostly just gets a lil dusty)! Both available October 1st (may be able to swing sooner just depends).
