I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment with.The private bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, dresser, and nightstands, plus a large closet for plenty of storage. The shared living room and kitchen are fully furnished and stocked, making it easy to feel right at home. Bonus: Enjoy a nice, fenced-in patio with convenient access to side-street parking and entrance.
About me:
I’m 40 years old and easy going and friendly. I enjoy staying active and keeping busy. In my free time, I enjoy sports, gaming, concerts and the outdoors. I have a friendly & playful small pup, Nellie, who is a big part of my life. She loves being around people. So hopefully you are a dog person & you will enjoy having a pup around.
What I am looking for:
A roommate who has a good standard of cleanliness and respect for shared spaces.Open communication and mutual respect are important to me.Must pay rent on time. Responsible person required.
-Located in the north end of Lake City Way and 145th Street.
-Rent total is $2300. 50/50 split. Private Room and private bath is $1150./mo. * I’m open to a little flexibility on the rent for the right roommate and a good fit.
-Utilities of Electric, water, garbage and will be split 50/50.
-$45 application fee required for rental lease.
-Parking spots are available for $40.00/mo. Your option, your responsibility.
-Apartment is on the ground floor and a corner spot with only 1 neighbor on the boarding walls. -Laundry room is convenient, just one door away.
- Convenient access to bus routes in all directions, located one block from the apartment. Light Rail only 2.5 miles away
