Private Rooms for Rent in a Quiet, Comfortable Home I’m renting one or two bedrooms in my clean, peaceful 3-bedroom home. This would be a great fit for a students or working professionals looking for a safe, quiet place to live and study. I travel frequently for work and personal travel—sometimes for several weeks at a time—so you’ll often have a lot of privacy and essentially have the home to yourself. I’m looking for someone who is responsible, clean, respectful, and comfortable treating the home as their own while taking good care of it. House expectations:
• No parties and no pets • No smoking inside the home
• Visitors are welcome, but overnight guests are limited to no more than 2 consecutive nights and no more than 4 nights in a single month. • Keep shared areas clean and tidy
• Respect the home, neighbors, and quiet environment You’ll have your own private bedroom and access to the shared living areas and kitchen. The bedroom can fit a twin or full size bed and dresser. The home is intended to be a comfortable, mature, drama-free environment—not a party house.
