Looking for room to rent!

Looking for a room to rent, it’s not urgent. As I’m looking for somebody to take over my place in rock Hill. I am quite, self kept, I’m a tattoo artist working in the downtown Columbia area.
I am a night owl because I tend to draw through throughout the nights. I have an 6 year old Australian Shepherd named Uno. He doesn’t have a mean bone in his body, friendly, very trained, barely barks. If know I’m working the long hours I’ll have stay at a family house. More so, just looking around and trying to make a plan.
