Room for rent in Downtown PS

I'm looking to rent out my second bedroom in my downtown Palm Springs apartment. It's close to Arenas and the downtown strip. I'm looking for someone clean, respectful and responsible. No hard drinking or drugs. Rent is $950 plus internet and electricity. Electric bill can run pretty high during the summer months but the rest of the year it's relatively cheap. I don't have guests over regularly to keep the space safe and respected so I would prefer the same. About myself: I've been living in Palm Springs a little over a year now. I'm pretty quiet and relaxed at home, like playing video games, watching movies, reading, and listening to music. I am LGBT friendly as I am part of the community myself. Move in date is Oct 1st and the lease ends May 31st.
