Affordable Room in CoS

*** The room is for one person only *** A spacious rooms at $1100 per month in my quiet single-family home nestled in a safe neighborhood are available to rent. This home has washer/dryer and a gas stove (foodie alert). The house is centrally and conveniently located:- 5 min to Safeway, Starbucks or 512- 10 to 15 min to EQC, WinCo or Downtown Tacoma- 15 to 20 min to Tacoma Mall, JBLM or Tacoma Community College The rent includes: utilities, Wi-Fi and the access and use of the common areas (such as the bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen). Damages and cleaning will be deducted from the security and pet deposits in the event that you haven’t repaired the damages caused by you and/or your pet(s). Inspections will be done prior to move-in and upon move-out. Rent is due on the first of each month with a grace period to the 5th. The room is only for ONE person to occupy only and a rental agreement will be signed upon or before move-in. - monthly rent: $1100- 12 month lease minimum- refundable security deposit: $300- refundable pet deposit: $200- background check: about $50- optional room reservation deposit: $100 (applied toward first month’s rent upon moving in; defaulted if not move in by agreed move in date)- move in cost: first + last month rent + security deposit The residents of this home are:- clean, hygienic, and responsible- cat and human-friendly, no dogsrespectful- environmentally friendly (recycling, composting, and energy conservation)open-minded- to clean up after themselves in a timely fashion- smoking/vaping outside the house If interested, please tell me what you do for work and how you fit into the household.
