Looking for room

Hey everyone, might just get my own place but wanting to check and try this route first. 37 years old, no kids, 1 dog and moving back to Colorado area the weekend of November 20th. Looking to rent out a private room/bathroom or a basement space that has kitchenette. Private space preferred due to my dog being clunky and crazy and don’t want him to disturb you 😂 I work in hospitality as a salaried manager. I keep to myself and will either be working or out doors with my dog. My dog has a very large kennel that he stays in while I’m gone. Looking to pay $800-$1000 for rent. Would consider higher for the right fit. My dog is a good boy and gets along with other dogs, he’s good with cats but gets really excited so have to slowly introduce 😂 Message me for any questions!
