affordable and chill

looking for an affordable room somewhere with a chill vibe. id like to be close to my place of work, womens animal center. I dont drive. I have 2 cats. lgbtq friendly please. I have fibro/adhd/autism. would like to be able to take a hot shower and be able to clean clothes at home. quiet and keep to myself. I just want to live somewhere close to work, that isnt a toxic environment, is okay with my two cats (staying in a bedroom is fine), and has basic necessities. i dont currently drive or own a car.
