September 15th Lease Takeover

Unit 96, Due to an opportunity I was offered me and my partner no longer want to move into the residence and need help getting it off our hands. It is a two bedroom apartment one bath with a living room and kitchen included.
Laundry is in building and rent begins around 1,194 without counting any other fees and optional expenses. The move in date for the unit we signed for is not until September 15th of this year (2026).
