Looking for 1 female roommate

Hey everyone, I currently live in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with 1 other girl. I am 19 and she is 20. We both go to college here in town for medical careers. We are looking for someone to fill our last room, preferably 18 years old up to 24 years old and a female. I do have a cat so as long as you’re fine with her roaming around that should be fine, she’s very very very friendly. My roommate and I enjoy to go on walks, go get lunch, go tanning, or even just chill at home. We both are easy going people and keep our apartment neat and would just expect whoever comes in with us to keep it that way. We also have a garage stall and a washer and dryer in our unit.
