1-2 bedrooms in 3 bedroom house across the beach (I will be away 2 months at a time so lots of privacy). About the property Beachside living with extra space and privacy. Looking for a clean, respectful and tidy housemate(couple of friends also welcome ) to share a spacious 3-bedroom home in a fantastic beachside location. You will have access to one- two private rooms. * Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with queen bed, bedside tables.
* Bedroom 2: Can be used as a dedicated home office, study, dressing room or second bedroom (large enough to comfortably fit a queen bed and additional furniture if preferred). You will also have your own private bathroom(shower and bath), huge sunroom with views, laundry with extra toilet and another balcony with beautiful sunset views. I work full-time and from September will be travelling for work for approximately two months at a time, meaning you will often have the home almost entirely to yourself. The property is directly opposite the beach, with public transport at the doorstep: * Direct bus services Rockdale, Mascot and Randwick
