Clean Professional Seeking Room

Hi, I’m Charles, a 31-year-old professional looking for a clean, comfortable room in the San Jose area. I work remotely full-time and can move in as early as September 15. I’m clean, responsible, friendly, and respectful of personal space. I don’t smoke, drink, or party and would prefer a peaceful, smoke-free home without pets. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness, hiking, music, traveling, and church. I’m primarily looking for an existing room but may consider teaming up for the right place within my budget.
