Hi! My name is Sammie. I’m an 18-year-old writer looking for a room in Raleigh with a $700 budget.
I’m very neat, organized, and reliable when it comes to shared spaces and rent. I keep a pretty low-key daily routine—usually up between 8 AM and 10 AM, writing and taking care of business, and turning in around midnight to 2 AM.
I’m a non-smoker, rarely party, and keep things quiet and respectful around the house. I might occasionally have a guest over, but I’m always mindful of noise, communication, and shared spaces.
