Looking for an apartment+roommate

I need to move as soon as possible! I have only ever been in off campus housing and moved back to my parents place for the 25-26 year. I am looking for a roommate and a place to rent. Could be an empty studio, flat or apartment. I currently have a part time job and two seasonal jobs that pay super well. I am also actively looking for a full time job and side gigs. My max payable rent is $890 but I am willing to stretch to $900.
