Room for rent in a beautiful spacious house! Located in a quiet neighborhood in Silver Spring, MD. The house is minutes away from many bus stops and is a 10 minute drive to silver spring metro station. Rent is $875 excluding utilities which vary month to month($150-250). We are looking for a clean/chill woman who is easy to get along with between the ages of 23-30. Utilities consists of gas, electric, and WiFi.
The house also comes with a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The room will be available October 1st. Security deposit required which will be paid to the landlord directly. If interested, please message me asap! I can also send more photos too.
No smoking or pets allowed!! About us: I’m a 26-year old paralegal, currently doing my undergrad studies. I’m originally from Cameroon but moved here in 2022. My other roommate is a 27 year old working professional from Boston who decided to stay in the DMV after graduating from George Washington University. We’re both clean and friendly people who are trying to find someone ASAP.
