Moving from NY to Philly

Hello! I am a 34 year old man looking for a temporary furnished room while I get situated and look for a longer term lease in the area. I have a teaching job near Grays Ferry and will be starting a M.S. at Drexel in the Winter. I am quiet, clean, and friendly. Truly I am looking for somewhere to prepare my meals and rest my head as I become situated and established in the city. I do not intend to be spending much time in the apartment outside of logistical and biological needs.
