Hey, my name is Jonathan, 26. I’m looking for a roommate for my condo for the downstairs room it has a large bed already two dressers, two closets and a chair is included in the room, so it’s furnished. You would have the downstairs bathroom for yourself unless guest came over. They would use it most likely but it would be just yours. I wouldn’t use it besides that. I have a cat. I’m fine with other people having animals as long as they clean up after them and they don’t destroy or Attack anyone/anything. Just looking for a respectable and clean roommate that will clean up after them themselves. I’m a pretty chill dude so you would have to be really loud for me or unclean for me to say anything plus I’m loud sometimes also. All around just looking for someone I can get along with. I usually stay to my self so if your worried about me bothering you don’t be, unless if it’s to ask if you want to make dinner together 🔥 also completely fine with guests just give me a heads up if it’s big group and be responsible for there messes I will be for mine.
