Hi my name is Kat, I am looking either for a roommate or someone who already has a place and is looking to rent out a room. My budget is around $800 including utilities. I am a 25 year old female who recently moved to the area and looking to get a 12 month lease somewhere in south end or adjacent areas. I have no pets but am open to pets. I am friendly, open to conversation and enjoy a clean living space.
