I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing. I’m okay with having roommates and sharing common areas. My budget is around $600–$800/month, depending on what’s included. I’m mainly looking around North Miami, North Miami Beach, Miami, or nearby areas with reasonable access to college and public transportation.
