Looking for female roommate

Hi! I’m a 30-year-old female looking for a female roommate to share a place in Irvine for a long-term lease. I currently live in Cypress Village and love the area, so I’m open to staying here, but I’m also considering moving into one of the new-build apartments in the Avella community for the right living situation. I do have a dog, so you must be comfortable with dogs. She will be the only pet in the apartment, so unfortunately I’m not looking to add any additional pets. Ideally, I’m looking for another female working professional who is responsible, clean, considerate of shared spaces, communicates well, and is interested in a long-term lease. I’d really like to find someone who treats the apartment like a home rather than just a temporary place to stay.
