The room is a furnished bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, shelves, and desk. Hardwood floor. Single occupancy. Rent includes all utilities.
About the house:
The house is located on a small, quiet street in the Winghaven neighborhood. Great kitchen! Property also has a pool, hot tub, large grill, smoker, fire pit, gardens and many other amenities. Backyard is wooded and feels secluded. There are two senior dogs living on the property (hound mix and lab mix). There are also two cats in the home. We are not interested in adding any more dogs or cats, but you can have a small pet in your room. ("Small Pet" does not mean dog or cat. It means any other kind of common domesticated non-livestock animal under 5 kg, generally kept in a cage or tank.)
The property is not fully wheelchair accessible, but it is set up to be comfortable for people with mobility issues. Yes, we have wifi. We can even offer hardwired connections for the work-from-home crowd. Streaming services include Spectrum, Disney, Amazon, MLB, NFL Network, Paramount Plus, and more.
About the Current Residents:
Retirees and older adults only. Mixed gender. If you are interested in learning more, please send me a message. Cost to move in is one month's rent plus a security deposit of same. Room is available March 1.
Let's talk. After that, if basics seem like a reasonable fit, we can arrange a viewing. If that meeting goes well, we would then extend an invitation to join the household. It's a process. So please leave yourself time for the process to play out. Remember, this is a home, not a business. Compatibility is important for all parties.
