Designer seeks nice cozy space

Hi I’m Sean. I’m an industrial designer. I’ve lived in nyc for 6 years. I like to lift weights, see films and try new restaurants for fun. I’m seeking a cozy room in a clean and safe home. I’m very tidy, I take pride in my surroundings, and I have a high respect for others. I have excellent credit. I don’t drink or smoke, a sober housemate is a plus but not a requirement. Looking for late August / Sept 1 move in. Flexible if it was the right place.:)
