This is a three bedroom apartment under renovation. Available 9/1. Stove and refrigerator. Off street parking. Lawn service. The security deposit is one months rent. Strictly no pets! Must be a gainfully employed professional.Three years minimum with proof, or a graduate student. I will accept two graduate students as co-leaseors. You must pay by the semester if you are a student. This is negotionable if you are working. Water, gas and lights not included.
