I'm looking for a furnished or unfurnished room in a clean, welcoming home with a budget of around $1,000/month. I'm respectful, organized, easygoing, and keep a quiet lifestyle. When I'm not working, I enjoy staying active, spending time at the beach, and exploring the local community. I also have a well-trained Mini Bernedoodle named Pippa who is incredibly friendly, great with people and other animals, and is always with me—she's never left home alone.
