LOOKING FOR FEMALE ROOMATE

I'm looking for a woman or women to rent a place with near batavia, aurora, st. charles, north aurora or somewhere towards chicago and UIC. (open to other places as well) I am turning 19 this year so preferably no one older than 25:).
Some things I ask is;
-that you're clean, and keep up after yourself and will help keep house clean
-like cats (I have one that I'd be bringing with me, he's super friendly though, loves new people!!)
-have a reliable job and is able to split rent/ utilities reliably every month
-as well as pitch in for the house (like cleaning supplies, dish soap, TP, etc etc...) and ofc i will as well
