Hi, my name is Lisa. I am a 55-year old professional with stable employment. I am looking for a lower level of home or 1 bedroom to rent, private bathroom preferably but not required in Fridley. My budget is $700-$1000 depending on the place and I would like to move in mid August and no later than Sept 7th. Garage or off-street parking, in-house laundry. I have a certified ESA Service dog. Ideally in Fridley, but open to Coon Rapids, New Brighton, Blaine, Shoreview area. NOT interested in Mpls or St Paul, respectively. Not a city lifestyle person.
