Incoming graduate student

Hi! I'm an incoming graduate student at UVA's School of Engineering, starting this fall. I'm originally from South Korea and moving to Charlottesville in August. I'm quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I don't smoke, I rarely drink, and I'm not a party person — most of my time will go to coursework and research. I clean up after myself in the kitchen and keep common areas tidy. I'm friendly and happy to chat, but I also respect people's privacy and quiet hours. I'm looking for a place from mid-August for the academic year, and I'm a reliable tenant who pays rent on time. Happy to do a video call so we can get to know each other before deciding.
