I'm a health and wellness professional relocating to the Los Angeles area to be closer to my children and my ex-wife so I can be more involved in my kids' lives. I work in the health and longevity industry and may work from home at times using my computer and phone. I'm respectful of shared spaces and always try to keep noise to a minimum during business hours. I'm clean, organized, and easy to live with. I'm happy to split the cost of a house cleaner to help keep the home tidy and comfortable for everyone. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active. You'll usually find me at the gym, practicing yoga or Pilates, training in martial arts, or spending time outdoors. I also enjoy eating healthy and living a balanced lifestyle. I'm responsible, financially dependable, and value open communication, mutual respect, and a peaceful home environment. I'm not into drama and appreciate roommates who are considerate, mature, and respectful of one another's space.
