Solo occupant looking for a room

Hi,
I'm looking for a room to rent. I am an engineer, and when I'm not working, I spend most of my time outdoors. I have a 10 yo cat who loves cuddling more than food, and he's not picky about who to cuddle with. I have no political views, or interests. I just enjoy life and take it one day at a time. I like to keep my living space neat. I believe in fairness when it comes to shared chores, but I am also willing to lend a helping hand when needed. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
