Seeking a room in a house

I am a 44 year old retired school teacher with a disabled heart. I live on monthly SSI and have a lovable elderly dog named Molly Moo who is people-friendly, but does not get along with other animals. I play video games and love movies, as well as tabletop gaming. I tutor college students whose native language is not English part-time. I have my own car and my own furniture. Looking for housing until a future legal matter is settled with my grandmother's estate.
