I'm a 40-year-old woman looking for the right roommate to share my peaceful 1,500 sq. ft. home beginning around August 1st. This rental includes two private side-by-side rooms for one person—perfect for a bedroom + office, creative studio, workout room, or whatever extra space you'd enjoy.
One of my favorite things about the layout is that our bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, so we don't share any bedroom walls. It offers a nice balance of privacy while still enjoying a shared home. Monthly Cost
