I'm a 27-year-old male who enjoys gaming, anime, and martial arts. I'm looking for a respectful, responsible roommate to share my home. I'm offering **two private rooms**: a **fully furnished bedroom** and a **separate studio/office room**, along with your own **private restroom**. You'll also have access to the shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room. In addition, you'll have **two closets** available for extra storage. The home is located in a great neighborhood with access to a **community pool**, **tennis court**, and several **playgrounds**, making it a quiet and enjoyable place to live. The furnished bedroom includes the furniture shown in the photos. **Please note that the computer, desk, and any gaming equipment shown in the office/studio photos are for staging/display purposes only and are not included with the rental.** I'm hoping to find someone who is clean, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to get along with.
