Looking for new roommate

Any student needs a place I’m looking for a female roommate as my current one is leaving the room can be available aug 20th right before classes start. The room comes furnished with a bed, dresser and desk. There is a in unit washer and dryer as well! As well as on property parking and a garage. The house is a 20 min drive from campus so definitely car friendly. Rent is $800 plus utilities which are split usually $200 each. A little about me I’m 27 years old and I’m from California I love finding places to eat and exploring! I’m majoring in neuroscience with goals to be a neurosurgeon. Please hopefully this reaches someone who needs a place
