Room available in a dual master townhome west of the 101 near Grandview Beach in a wonderful cul-de-sac neighborhood. My roommate is moving out end of August and the room is available September 1st. New washer/dryer in the garage, parking is in driveway. The place is furnished except available room. I’m looking for someone who is professional, works way from home, responsible, respectful, trustworthy and easy going. One who appreciates creativity and Halloween - I throw a fabulous party every year. Don’t be fooled by my age. I’m an artist and enjoy doing diy projects on top of my full time job as a Territory Manager of luxury plumbing products. I pay more monthly rent due to my use of back office shed. Deposit is half the full rent. $30 application fee to property manager. 1 year lease. This place is a gem and worth it.
