Hi! My name is Sofia. I'm 19 years old and live with my 20-year-old husband, our 18-month-old daughter, and our shy cat, who spends almost all of its time hiding in our room. We're renting out a private bedroom with its own private bathroom in our first-floor apartment. The laundry room is conveniently located right next to the unit, and there is always guest parking available directly in front of the apartment. $1,000/month for one person
