It is a large room with a shared bathroom. It is 2 miles west of CSULB. MUST be trans friendly as trans folk live in the apartment. In-unit washer/dryer and 3 guaranteed parking spots.The room is shared 775/month each for 2 and we have 1 other person (trans woman) in that room Utilities range from 85 to 105 per month (electricity, gas, and internet).
