I'm an outgoing interoir designer with a hybrid work schedule Monday through Saturday. I believe in maintaining a healthy balance between work and enjoying life. When I'm not working, i enjoy hiking, exploring nature, and going to live music. I'm a friendly, respectful, and appreciate a relaxed, drama-free home, I'm not a neat freak, but I do believe in keeping the common areas clean and cleaning up after ourselves. Common areas include the family room, kitchen, hall bathroom and backyard. I share my home with my 21 year old son, 3 friendly dogs and a cat, so being an animal lover is a must! I'm looking for someone that is between the ages of 30-60, single occupancy, employed full time, pays rent on time, non-smoker or smokes outside, clean, respectful and friendly. Deposit is $850, and 1/3 utilities.
