Hi 38 year old Latin Gay man with stable job. very quiet to myself and clean and cook. I am seeking a safe and comfortable quiet space that I can rent with privacy I prefer my own Bathroom as I am clean. I do not own a car so no parking necessary as I uber to all my locations. I am a Pharmacy Employee and work Monday Thru Friday and cook my own meals. I have not pets and dont mind them if others have just respect my space. I just want a save calm space to Rent
