Need a room or a roommate

I just want to find the right fit for me and my dog. I am also open to moving in together with someone looking for a place, let me know!
(Preferably female house hold or with a mixed household) Details about me- I'm social and extroverted but also like to kinda chill and relax after work. So it's all up to who I live with but I am very friendly. LGBTQ+ friendily Then there is my Pepper, which is my 11 year old black lab in the photos. She is well behaved, house trained and great/friendly with cats and dogs!
I don't mind living with multiple people and just want it to be an easy transition.
