Live/Work Room Available for Artist

We are looking for performers/artists to join our intentional co-living community in Paterson, NJ called Prototype 237. Several artists got together in 2020 and transformed an empty warehouse floor into a beautiful stage and live-in community. We have since expanded to 5 floors, and have 16 resident artists. This is a well-done DIY live/work environment built on artistic expression, collaboration, and community building. The people are wildly diverse, radically accepting, and talented. If this sounds good to you, reach out! 2 Rooms currently available on main performance floor, and 6 rooms available starting August and September on the wood shop floor. Please note, at this time we are at our pet capacity (cats/dogs)
