Need a cat friendly room

I am looking for a room near my job in Stevenson Ranch since I do not drive. Prefer to mostly keep my space calm and on the relaxed side. I respect the space of my roommates and try to clean as I go. I like to split chores and tasks to keep the peace and make the space as comfortable as possible. Female roommate preferred if any. I am 23, but have multiple roommate references for being mature and calm. I am artsy and work to improve myself with exercise and entertainment. I may be young, but I am resourceful.
