Needing a studio or private room

Needing a place soon mainly in the highlands ranch area with a private room that is pet friendly. I have a toy Yorkie her name is Bella. She is super sweet, but has separation anxiety but manages pretty well once settled in. I am looking for a private space and private bathroom.
