I’m a 29 year old full time professional. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t do party. Don’t have pet. I don’t have late night guests. I spend most of my time working and out of the house when I’m home, I’m basically just sleeping. You’ll rarely see me. What I’m looking for clean, quiet room. Curb/street parking is fine. I need a proper[REDACTED]t a must but if there’s no kitchen access, I’d expect that reflected in the price. Terms; Month-to-month preferred.
