Hey everyone! I’m relocating and looking for someone to take over my lease starting mid-August. Details: It’s a 1 bed / 1 bath apartment near downtown Austin in a super convenient location. The apartment has a great balcony facing southeast and gets plenty of sunlight. The plan would be for you to be added as a roommate/co-tenant on the lease, and once the current lease term ends, you’d be able to take it over fully in your own name. I’d be moving out in mid-August and you’d have the place entirely to yourself. The current lease runs out in April 2027.
