I’m looking for one female roommate to share my 2-bedroom 1.5-bath townhouse in Heritage Glen, Grove City. The home is fully furnished except for the available bedroom, which has a spacious walk-in closet with a window. Shared spaces include a furnished living room, dining area, kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and a fenced patio. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and includes a community pool, with shopping, restaurants, and highways just a few minutes away. Rent is $700/month plus shared utilities, gas, Wi-Fi ($25), and renters insurance (about $6). I have a German Shepherd and two cats, so I’m looking for someone who loves animals but doesn’t have any pets of their own since I can’t add more to the lease. I’m happy to provide additional photos, answer any questions, give you a tour of the townhouse, and set up a meet-and-greet with me and my animals before any agreement is made to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us.
