Need sublease asap

URGENT!!!
Hi Me and my roomates are in urgent need to sublease this room out,
It is a 4bd 2bth, a large space, with big rooms and personal sinks, There will be 2 esa animals in the apartment, a small 8 pound hypoallergenic dog (better for anyone with allergies due to no shedding and hair type) and also a cat Base rent is 675 a month and utilities is split between the four of us but total shouldn’t be over 750 a month 725 w raab There is a bus station nearby that is an 8 min bus ride to campus
4 parking spots and a 3-4 min drive from campus
Our apartment is also close too/across the street from gas stations, multiple food spots, a grocery store, urgent care, beauty supply and more. We would prefer a female, but at this point were are just focused on filling the spot so anyone is welcome. We are ages 20-21 We are clean and very respectful towards are space and others, We are all new to the space so all common space decor is still on the table to be decided.
