YOU are a mature adult. Maybe you are downsizing? Moving closer to family / beach? LBI Beach is 10 miles away but summer traffic to LBI is a headache. Plenty of other places to visit. YOU must have steady income and provide support of such.

Rent includes all basic utilities - Heat, A/C, Water, Electric, Internet. Fully Stocked Kitchen: utensils, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher, etc. plus some general supplies such as unscented dish and laundry soap, tin foil, cleaning items (vinegar is primarily used), toilet paper. HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping is not included in the rent. We are not guests. This is our home. Everyone cleans, takes out trash, sweeps the floors, shuts off lights, empties the dishwasher, fixes what is broken or lets me know ASAP, etc. HOME
