Looking for a cat friendly room

Hi everyone. I’m looking for a room to rent by Aug 1st or Sept 1st. My budget is a maximum of $1050 per month. I have one very sweet male cat so I’m looking for a place where my cat would be allowed to roam the house. He gets along with other cats. I’m 29 years old, quiet, clean, respectful, and responsible. I work full time 9-5 in Poway and well established in the community. I don’t mind surrounding areas to move to as well. I would prefer private bathroom if possible. Thank you.
